Nobody is asking why he keeps on repeating STUPID stuff like he has a death wish. Lucky for him she was turning to avoid him.
Next time he may not be so lucky.

This is called miving the root cause of her death to a sideshow related to the incident.
It is why the root cause of the problem will never be solved.
Nobody asks why this ICE officer is so stupid to smash a window and then hold on because he is demented so he gets dragged for almost 100m by a criminal. He was not taught to do this.
He could have just moved out of the way but no he runs in front of the vehicle and then to the side at the last moment.
You see, people watch the same video's through different lenses and bias.
I see the most stupid trigger happy cop in a long time.

How would he have been dragged to his death. His shots made no difference to the cars trajectory. She was turning. Completely stupid actions on her side and deadly from him. This situation will repeat itself over and over until people get their humanity back. There is a lot more behind this especially incited protesters and gung ho officers who enjoy discharging their weapons.
The last time he was dragged he did something profoundly stupid. This guy is not clever at all and will probably get killed if he continues.
