The date for the first unlock of the $STRK token has been revealed - November 29 😉

According to the previously published tokenomics of Starknet (https://t.co/B0MXGeOWHF), the tokens will be unlocked over a period of 4 years, with an annual cliff.

After conducting research on the $STRK token page on Etherscan, I discovered the information regarding its first unlock date. Here's how I found it:

• On the token page (https://t.co/3ktpCgT4gK), I clicked on the Holders section and selected the top 4 holder, which led me to this contract: https://t.co/nggUnQtT0O.

• In the Internal Transactions section, I found a link to another contract: https://t.co/faXQxGV2yF).

• Inside this contract, the globalUnlockTime function provided the following response: "1701295200 uint256" - this translates to the date of the first unlock, which, when converted using a Unix converter, is November 29, 2023, 22:00:00 GMT.

It appears that November 29th marks the date of the first unlock for investors' and team's tokens. However, this does not necessarily mean that there will be an immediate listing. In many cases, token unlocks for investors have started well before the commencement of trading.

Moreover, it's worth noting that according to the recent roadmap (https://t.co/ylgYbZNVrp), the Starknet team has stated that they won't establish their DAO until 2024. Based on our experience with ARB and OP, L2s typically don't release tokens prior to having a fully functional DAO.

Nonetheless, it is advisable to start doing all necessary transactions on Starknet in advance of November 29th if you want to get a $STRK airdrop.
