सामाजिक सद्भाव बिगाड़ने व समाज मे दंगा भड़काने के मकसद से ट्विटर पर एक ट्��िटर यूज़र के द्वारा मुहम्मद साहब के बारे मे बेहद ही अमर्यादित शब्दों का इस्तेमाल किया गया। जिसकी सूचना @sitapurpolice को ट्विटर के माध्यम से अवगत कराई गई थी।

अब तक क्या कारवाई हुई मालूम नहीं मगर नितिन शुक्ला जैसे हजारों लोग उक्त आरोपी के बचाव मे आ गए और समाज मे दंगा फसाद कराने के मकसद से ट्वीट करने वाले आरोपी के पक्ष मे ट्वीट करना शुरू कर दिया।ये लोग आरोपी को नाबालिग भी बता रहें हैं।

अगर आरोपी नाबालिग है भी तो क्या इसका मतलब क्या ये समझा जाए की ऐसे लोग जान बूझ कर नाबालिगों को आगे रख ऐसे ट्वीट करवा रहें ?इन्हें कैसे मालूम की ये आरोपी नाबालिग है ? इसका मतलब ये लोग नाबालिग से परिचित हैं औ�� इन्होंने ही ट्वीट करवाया ?

इसके पिछे एक बड़ी साजिश नजर आती है जिसकी @Uppolice
को जांच करनी चाहिए। नाबालिगों से ऐसे ट्वीट करवा कर कहीं इनलोगों का इरादा योगी सरकार को बदनाम करने की तो नहीं है ?

समाज मे सद्भाव बनी रहे इसलिए हमने ऐसे फ्रिंज एलिमेंट के खिलाफ पुलिस को इन्फार्म किया।

अब आगे @Uppolice , @sitapurpolice को चाहिए की इन तमा�� लोगों की एक लिस्ट तैयार की जाए जो नाबालिगों को जुर्म के लिए उकसा रहे हैं। ऐसे लोगों के ऊपर सख्ती से कारवाई की जाए।

मुहम्मद साहब के खिलाफ अभद्र टिप्पणी करने वालला अगर बालिग है तो जल्द से जल्द इसकी गिरफ्तारी कर इसके ऊपर समाज मे दंगा भड़काने की साजिश के तहत कानून के सारे एक्ट लगाएं जाएं।

अगर नाबालिक है तो भी इसे गिरफ्तार कर
सुधार गृह मे बालिग होने तक रखा जाए ताकि आगे से ये फिर ऐसी गलती ना करे ��र उक्त आरोपी कें माँ बाप को बुला कर पूछ ताछ की जाए की क्या उन्हें मालूम है की उनका बेटा सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से किस हद तक सद्भाव बिगाड़ने की साजिश कर रहा है।

जिस तरह से इन लोगों कें द्वारा उक्त आरोपी को पुनः जुर्म के लिए उकसाया जा रहा है ,उसे ये बताया जा रहा है की तुमने जो अपराध किया है उसमें तुम्हारी कोई गिरफ्तारी नहीं होगी , जेल नहीं भेजा जाएगा.. इत्यादि ,इससे उक्त आरोपी भविष्य मे पुनः सामाजिक सद्भाव बिगाड़ने की कोशिश कर सकता है। अतः माननीय @sitapurpolice
से अनुरोध है की ऐसे उकसाने वालें लोगों पर उचित कारवाई की जाए।
