So the Minister is saying that 95% of people who apply for asylum seeker status in South Africa are REJECTED because they ARE NOT and we all know this but when I said it they said I’m Lying and NGOs were busy spewing nonsense about this whole thing saying it’s Xenophobia 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Now the biggest issue here is that while they have applied the process of waiting on its own takes years then when they get rejected there’s no system to find them! They don’t return to their countries and then they run to their NGOs to ask them to litigate against government so they can continue to stay!!

So the best solution is to get out of that UN 1951 Agreement‼️‼️ Our country loses more than it gains from this and we simple can not handle their refugee in our country…

The Directive from Home Affairs is withdrawn, the Constitutional Court Judgement IS NOT…

If we say we are a Democracy now is the perfect time to see it at play… The Constitutional Court and Parliament cannot be above the will of the people.

The Constitution must work for the Citizens if it doesn’t, then something must be fundamentally wrong with this “Democracy”

This is the time we call for parliament to call a referendum on the Constitution of SA and for South Africa to withdraw from the 1951 refugee convention because it simply does not serve the will of the people of this country.

Home Affairs cannot even locate where the “asylum seekers” are in the country. They get their permits and get released into the communities, and Home Affairs relies on the goodwill of the applicants should there be any issue on their status.
