🚨 WHITE HOUSE STRIKES CRYPTO DEAL ON CLARITY ACT
The White House and U.S. lawmakers have reportedly reached a tentative deal on stablecoin rules to advance the crypto market structure bill.
The proposal would limit interest on passive holdings while still allowing certain activity-based rewards.

🇺🇸🏦 BIG US BANKS MAY SUE OVER CRYPTO BANK LICENSES
Banking giants like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and American Express are considering suing the U.S. OCC over its decision to grant national trust bank charters to crypto firms.
Banks argue issuing these licenses to crypto firms could pose risks to Americans and the wider financial system.
Firms receiving approvals include BitGo, Ripple, Paxos, and Fidelity, with conditional licenses also issued to Crypto .com, Bridge, and Stripe.
🚨 AI AGENTS ARE ABOUT TO START HIRING EACH OTHER ON ETHEREUM
A new Ethereum draft standard ERC-8183 enables trustless AI agent commerce using on-chain escrow.
Here’s how it works:
Client posts funds.
Provider completes the work.
Evaluator verifies the result.
Payment releases automatically.
No humans required.
The AI agent stack on Ethereum is starting to emerge:
🔹 x402 → micropayments
🔹 ERC-8004 → identity & reputation
🔹 ERC-8183 → escrow for work
AI agents will need to pay for APIs, data, compute, services, and other agents.
ERC-8183 enables programmable escrow for agent to agent commerce.
Virtuals Protocol and the Ethereum Foundation built the standard together, and builders are already integrating it for things like image generation and fund management.
The rails for a machine to machine economy are forming.
And they’re being built on Ethereum.

I recently spoke with @a_greenberg from @WIRED, who did a profile that dives into my journey over the past few years. It was a great experience to reflect on the evolution of my investigations.

@feyprotocol When would founders and treasury funding should be deposited ? Also is there an option to set aside some team Tokens and treasury tokens aside by default without the liquidity ?
It surprises me how few people grasp how radically AI is already reshaping everything. From my experience, many of the people who seem least concerned or aware are highly capable and high-agency. The gap is perceptual, not intellectual. Most are still anchoring to an outdated mental model of what technology is and what it can do.
I am both excited and concerned. On one hand, it’s clear we’re accelerating into a sci-fi-like future. We will witness things in our lifetime that are inconceivable from our current view.
On the other hand, our preparedness feels insanely low. Humans are notoriously bad at recognizing exponential transitions, especially when they arrive quietly and without a single defining moment. Humans have an innate tendency to dismiss change until it’s unavoidable. Until it’s on your doorstep and the consequences are inevitable. By then, the window to respond has largely closed.
What’s most striking is how far capability has already outpaced the narrative. AI is still widely framed as a tool or convenience, when in reality we’re approaching near-zero-cost cognition, full autonomous reasoning systems, and compounding leverage for those who understand how to orchestrate it. Part of the issue is there is no singular before and after moment. We are all frogs boiling in water.
This makes the present moment uniquely important. There is a rare opportunity right now for an 'agency arbitrage'. Simply by accepting your biases are likely wrong on the rate of change and diving in will give you a massive advantage. Those who exert agency early, rethink how they work from first principles, and adapt their mental models will compound rapidly. Those who wait to "react later" may find that later never really comes.
