Six months left in 2026
My plan:
- Support Solana Mobile builders best I can
- Help more apps launch, grow, and win on Seeker
- Meet as many mobile-first builders as possible
- Bullpost Seeker and the Solana dApp Store without mercy
- Repeat until Solana Mobile wins forever
Light work ! First proper trade in months !!
Caught it early , but dint put enough schmekles in 😭😭😭😭 solana:9cRCn9rGT8V2imeM2BaKs13yhMEais3ruM3rPvTGpump

i’ve worked with hundreds of @solanamobile apps at this point, and retention is something i’ve been thinking about a lot lately. a lot of app retention comes down to the app experience itself.
there’s some normal housekeeping every team should be doing to build reputation:
- push consistent updates
- stay active on socials
- show users you’re listening whether through discord/x/tg/other socials
- build around community feedback
the nice part about seekers is they’re actively trying to enjoy your app. they’re vocal about what works, what doesn’t, and where the friction is. that feedback loop is a cheat code imo. it might sound biased coming from me but it aint.
on other app stores, you’re often launching into a void. people download your app with no context, bounce fast, and leave reviews without you ever getting the full story.
another big one: don’t immediately gate the app behind a paywall or email signup.
i see so many teams spend months building something, then make users create an account before they can even decide if they like it. now the user has connected an email or wallet to something they’re still skeptical about.
the first 60 seconds matter a lot.
users should understand what your app does, why it matters, and what they can do next without needing a tutorial, discord message, or tweet thread.
before worrying about campaigns, multipliers, or points, make sure the core loop is obvious:
- what is this app?
- what can i do right now?
- why should i care?
- what do i get if i come back tomorrow?
a lot of teams lose users before the app even has a chance because onboarding is confusing, the first action is unclear, or the reward is too abstract.
better approach:
- give them a tour
- let them try something first
- offer a free trial
- show the value before asking for commitment
for seeker specifically:
- enable MWA so users can connect with their seeker wallet
- make being on seeker matter quickly/target seekers in a meaningful way
- give them a reason to come back
- create a seeker-specific edge
the best teams usually give seekers some kind of advantage for using the app:
- bonus points
- multipliers
- weekly campaigns
- leaderboards
- exclusive items
- better onboarding
it doesn’t always have to be monetary.
probably need to write the longer version soon tho im just rambling after chugging a coffee.
Just saved these from the murderous hands of my mother ( she was about to throw them away)
I have so many idk which ones are good or even worth it
Any recommendations would be appreciated
@seeksahib Def have to say cap on this - I’ve actually seen companies actively move from tg to discord for the features it provides . For me discord >>>> tg always
