I’m trying to renew my car policy but your site is stupid and has flaws.
Opted for a callback & the call never goes through from your end.
Just no way to reach out. Planning to move out of Ergo, been a customer for a decade but not anymore

My honest feedbacks as i wont be renewing my neon subscription.
app is super slow & buggy. On slow network it just refuses to work. GPay works like charm even at 1 signal strength.
Being 3 days unable to pay via UPI.
Please fix the app for bad network usecases.

For past one week, my screen ks getting stuck at the voucher loading page and get timeout. Even bill payments are stuck.
Tickets raised on the app got closed without resolution. Shall we move to Axis bank for the vouchers and bill payments?

@Pluxee_india has to be the shittest app that we have to unfortunately use at work.
Scanner never works, OTP never arrives, loggin is a big task, transactions doesn't immediately show up on vendors device, messy mix of zeta & pkuxee UI 😒, random errors and many more.

@foldmoney_ anyway to add Credit card manually using card number like other apps? The app is only able to retrieve only one of my cards from emails that too is a closed card.
A little annoying to not able to do so.

Paid for renewal of my simple car policy but it's been 10 days & no policy generated. lCICIL folks couldn't figure out how to get a policy renewed. Every day they give fake promises that policy will be generated but to no avail.

Everytime I call I get the same bogus reply that policy will be renewed by 6pm then nothing happens. Senior management never calls back after making a promise. Does a simple policy renewal takes 10 days @ICICILombard ?
Im unable to take out my car for emergency.
