Woke up this morning to two primary criticisms of our @xeetdotai intro yesterday.

1.) Criticism #1 - The Europeans got screwed because we started it late on their Friday and ended it early on their Saturday morning.

2.) Criticism #2 - The point you see below from Captain about the farming.

1⃣Regarding Criticism #1

Guilty as charged.

To be honest, we knew this would take off, but we had no idea that it would engulf the timeline so quickly.

Our plan was for this phase to last days, not hours.

But then we gained over 50k users and the entire timeline was Xeeting in a matter of hours!

So we had two options:

1.) Keep it open, dominate the timeline for days, and stack users....at the risk of annoying many and creating a negative sentiment towards the brand.

2.) Close it, and enjoy the success... at the risk of some missing the initial boosting period.

In the spirit of our mission of Signal > Noise, we decided to end the boosting period early.

I apologize to our European friends for the timing.

That being said, this is day 1. We will make it up to you.

2⃣ Regarding Criticism #2

The Xeet process is made up of multiple phases.

Phase 1 is awareness.

Think Loudio, Portal, etc.

Admittedly this is a super annoying process.
But it works.

Depending on who you are, the boost process makes it even more annoying.
But it also works.

More importantly it gives smaller accounts an opportunity to work with each other to get some skin in the game early in the process.

On other platforms, smaller accounts never have a chance.

Xeet is looking for Win/Win scenarios for everyone involved.

KOL's creating quality content will win big on Xeet.
But so will their followers. Especially their real fans.

The boosting process helped set that up. It also gave us some very interesting data, which we will share soon.

Using that data, the scoring for Phase 1 will be adjusted based on several factors. More to come.

Rest assured, you will see that we are truly focused on Signal > Noise

Your community supports @ikadotxyz because it believes in transparency, technology, and the entire revolution that is being built. We all see that.

But right now, it seems like you are only looking at it from one perspective. Try to see it from our point of view as well. Try to understand, put yourself in our shoes, and explain more clearly the real reasons behind this decision.

Everyone who chose to support the project deserves a transparent position, whether they are an airdrop hunter or a long-term investor. This is not a joke. We are talking about real money. And everyone's money has the same value.

In my view, this mDrop format generates FUD. True investors, those who believe in the project, could simply stake and follow the development. Meanwhile, airdrop hunters would naturally leave early on.

You are not following the same essence that Sui Network showed. When it launched its mainnet, there was no airdrop. Even so, @Mysten_Labs continued to build, launched other projects, without vesting, and all of them have been growing with the support of the community.

The SUI community is different. And maybe you haven't realized that yet. If you give us a vote of confidence, we will do the same with your project. Look at the best, follow in the footsteps of those who have already built something relevant and you will see the results.

The problem with mDrop is not vesting itself. The problem is the message it sends: that you don't trust your own community. And if you don't believe in us, how do you expect us to continue believing in you?

Think about it calmly. We are here, willing to help IKA reach unprecedented heights.

The crime supercycle is indeed very real.

While it’s true the industry has historically been ripe for abuse it has noticeably increased since politicians launched meme coins and numerous court cases were dropped further enabling the behavior.

Laundering groups and small OTC brokers have seemingly won the battle for Lazarus Group after successfully laundering recent hacks (Bybit, DMM Bitcoin, WazirX, etc) with ease. I estimate the Black U market on Tron is no less than $5-10B and largely unattributed.

A number of teams sit and watch collecting fees doing nothing when >50% of the activity for their protocol comes from stolen funds.

Influencers and KOLs face zero repercussions for scamming followers / projects.

Courts siding with smart contract exploiters due to outdated laws.

Can we fix the system if the vast majority of people still do not care unless they lose money?

It's concerning about what the long term ramifications may be even if these decisions benefit us in the short term.

If you ever wanted the opportunity to extract from the industry there's not been much of a better time.

Take a chance what's the worst thing that could happen if everyone's already doing it?

That said there's never been a worse time to be doing black hat (phishing, social engineering, robberies) vs gray hat activity when the current environment is favorable.
