I shared this on my WhatsApp, but let me throw it out here so you can make a better decision in 2026.

Everyone is born with a natural advantage or naturally develop, things you can lean into for success instead of fighting who you are.

But only a few people embraces these natural gifts or eventually learn to use these gifts to super charge their careers.

I'll explain;

1. Physical/Presence:

You have one of these to your advantage;

- You're Attractive: This will open doors faster, give you attention, opportunities, first impressions in the social world. There's no need to lie to yourself, many of you aren't attractive.

- You have Height or you're Strongly Built: This will help you command authority, intimidation, leadership presence.

- You have a distinct voice: This will help you in being better at persuasion and storytelling to build in many careers.

First find your physical advantage if you have any, if not. Keep reading...

2. Social/Personality:

- You're social: You're good in networking and relating to people and building a community.

- You have charisma: People trust you without knowing why

- You have confidence: People will follow your lead because of your certainty, not perfection

- You're good with Humor: You can easily disarms people and make them have a good laugh

- You easily show empathy: People love talking to you and even tell you secret, you understand people deeply

3. Let's talk about Mental and Cognitive ability:

- High curiosity: You're a fast learner, adaptable

- Pattern recognition: You can easily recognize strategy, problem solving

- Strong memory: You have a memory of an elephant, teaching, mastery. You can recall what your bf did 5 years ago.

- Emotional control: You have the ability to be calm under pressure, this is very rare and powerful

- Imagination: You’re good at creating, visualizing, and thinking beyond limits.

If you have any of these traits, you can double down with it in your business.

Again I'll explain how...

Your job is to identify your natural advantages and build your career around them.

Let's say you're attractive, people will listen longer. They'll forgive your mistakes faster and being attractive will open doors easier.

Ignoring this gift and choosing a career where you don't get to show your attractiveness is simply stupidity. Careers for attractive people could be Sales, HR, Marketing, Customer Relations etc.

Let's say you're a funny person, humor will make people lower their defenses.

People will legit trust you faster because you can make them laugh, they'll easily remember you because everyone is miserable and you were that joy they had for a while

A funny person going into backend engineering is just stupid, roles that restrict you to being serious.

The mistake that many of you make is you pick a career based of what sounds prestigious, or what people are praising or what your parents want.

And even in these careers, you're never your true self.

You begin by asking yourself: “What am I naturally good at, and where does the world pay for it?”

That's a million dollar question only you can answer 🎤
