@CryptoTaxHQ I got a reply 🤦🏻‍♂️. I waited 5 days for an engineer to completely fail to look into the issue. Transactions have disappeared for no reason. 100s of them! And they simply checked the 2 example ones and told me they were imported on the 9th. Completely failed to address anything. 😔

I spent HOURS using @CryptoTaxHQ, getting my transactions updated and manually entering prices, only to have ALL THE DATA SUDDENLY RESET! Stay away!! Any devs want to team up and do this right, hit me up! Can’t trust software that does this. Awful support too frankly 😣😣😣
