feels like everyone has left to chase the top of AI speculation, leaving a slew of complacent platforms and protocols behind to run the show, max extracting since nobody is building anything to disrupt their monopolies

specifically Uniswap is a case study imo

90%+ of Uniswap TVL comes from <10% of their active users because Uniswap has turned into an institutions-first platform instead of a user-first platform

why does any trencher/normal guy still trade on Uniswap when Uniswap does nothing to retain or reward their users?
