It’s crazy to think that you meet strangers from across the world, regardless of race, age, beliefs, and everything in between — and vibe and connect. Cultivating good friendships and being genuine should always be the meta. My DMs are always opened.
I love you Web3 💜
@Kurtaku21 much love kurtaku! you've done really good things for the space - keep going :)
absolutely, I'll be back in Discord DMs this weekend. let's catch up then
after 5+ years in crypto, i’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the most incredible builders, teams, and genuinely good-hearted people
the past few months, i’ve been heads down building IRL and it’s given me space to reflect
digital assets absolutely have a time and place but with momentum cooling across many collections on eth, sol, and btc, it’s become harder to justify holding everything
i’ve always been a collector at heart, and there are artists + collections i’ll forever cherish
but if i’m honest, i’m no longer as bullish on collecting or investing in digital assets as a whole
what i am bullish on? the protocols. bitcoin. and what these blockchains can unlock—especially around RWAs, infra, and new primitives
i’ll still be around, just not as active as before
i’ll be building in the VC space, spinning up a few personal projects, and continuing to advise teams like @satonomy — reach out if you need me
to everyone i’ve crossed paths with in this space...
thank you. truly 🧡
Beep Boop launches in 3 days!
Here’s a personal story about me and @satonomy:
We started Satonomy 11 months ago—me, @0xtoony, and Shira—offering UTXO Management. We were convinced that a $2T BTC market cap would send us to the moon. We attracted angel investors, and for a moment, I thought I’d finally become a whale. But soon after, we went through tough times, and the team changed.
There wasn’t a single day I didn’t think about Satonomy—it felt like my baby. The initial concept literally came to me in a dream. Watching the team fall apart was tough, though it wasn’t my first experience with such setbacks. But this time, my strategy was different: I refused to give up. This time, I’d see it through to the end.
It all began in 2017, during my first bull market. I bought 20 altcoins and launched the first university-based crypto company in my country, and later a new project called Ochain, an Ethereum L2 focused on supply chains. We were a three-person team, with me as CEO and sales lead. At that time, I didn’t know how to code—I thought coding was reserved for geniuses—but it marked the start of a new chapter in my life.
A few months later, the co-founders of Ochain clashed, and the project collapsed. I moved on, landing a job as a software developer at a bank. Soon enough, I had three jobs simultaneously. Just over two years later, I became a senior developer, earning significantly more—this completely changed my life. It allowed me to support my family and build many projects in parallel.
I’ve been in this market for 8 years, built so many things with amazing teams and dozens of companies, and my goal was simple: learn something new every day. After years and years, I finally learned how to code Bitcoin itself.
My strategy continues to be the same: keep pushing, keep learning, keep building, and as Jordan Peterson said, always tell the truth.
Beep Boop is not just an NFT created by someone who’s popular and trying to get your money through hype, but it’s a consequence of several years of hard work and dedication. It’s built by a developer who will not give up until it succeeds.
