At 24, she should be building her future, pursuing her goals, and enjoying her youth, not living with constant pain and worrying about how she will get through each day.

Our family has been trying to raise the money, but it is far beyond what we can afford on our own.

For years, she has faced the challenges that come with sickle cell disease with courage.

But over the past months, the pain in her hip became increasingly difficult to bear. Things most of us do without thinking, walking, standing and moving around has become a struggle for her.
