Results-Focused Christian Life Coaching
For men, women & couples who value faith, ownership, and routines
Built on: Excellence | Discipline | Growth | Endurance
Most people wait for motivation to strike.
Big mistake.
Motivation is fleeting. Discipline is forever.
Discipline is choosing the hard thing when every part of you screams "later."
It’s the quiet rebellion the "in yo face" against comfort.
It’s self-love in its rawest form.
Who’s building discipline right now instead of chasing feelings? Drop a 💪if you’re in.
You don’t become disciplined when life gets easy.
You become it in the moments you don’t feel like it — ie the 5 AM alarm, (i’m not the 5am person I’m the get in the -2ºC ocean) saying no to distractions, keeping promises to yourself when no one’s watching.
That repetition? It rewires your identity.
From “I try” → “I am the guy/gal who shows up.”
Faith + ownership = unstoppable edge.
Proverbs 13:4 reminds us: The sluggard craves and gets nothing, but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied.
2026 isn’t about waiting to “feel ready.”
It’s about deciding you’re done drifting.
Start today. One non-negotiable routine. One boundary. One bold yes to growth.
What’s YOUR one discipline move you’re locking in this week? Reply below — let’s hold each other accountable.

@truckdriverpleb@truckdriverpleb If you think Carney scared Canadian citizens into voting for him, you may need to reassess your thinking. You can’t seriously think that’s what happened. If it is please explain.
Catch your inner critic and respond out loud — yes, out loud — with a reframe. “I’m failing at everything” becomes “I’m having a hard day, not a hard life.” https://t.co/2aMIpf3gjc via @100XEDGE
Life isn’t perfect.
Neither am I.
I snap at my kids.
Pick dumb fights with my husband.
Eat too many chips.
But I live with 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭.
Not to be flawless, but to be 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭.

The Wake-Up Call
My mom died at 55.
I was 18, and she was my best friend.
She fought hard, but cancer had its own timeline.
Her one wish was to see all her kids graduate.
Weeks after my ceremony, she passed.

After her death, I made a silent vow:
𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝟓𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭.
𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲.
𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐥𝐲.
𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲.
𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲.
If I get more time than she did, all the better.
But I will 𝐍𝐎𝐓 waste it.
Now, I’m 55. And here’s what I know

Calling all Canadians. April 28, 2025 is closing in, and for me that’s a scary ass date.
It’s a day in which you get to decide who to vote for. Ultimately it’s going to come down to two parties, the conservatives - Pierre Poilievre and the Liberals - Mark Carney.
When you cast your vote it’s important not to let your biases stand in the way of your objectivity.
We need to be analytical rather than emotional.
You don’t need to be a thumb tapping google monster, researching and scouring media trying to figure out which monster is the biggest baddest and ugliest.
Let me save you time. They are both shite.
What I’m asking you to do is to sit down alone or with your partner if you have one and ask yourself the 5 following questions about your life and your family’s from 10 years ago to today.
1. Do I have more freedom or less?
2. Do i have more economic freedom or less - Can I earn more? Can I pay the bills and buy groceries without having to worry about not having enough money.
3. Am I more stressed about finances and my future and or my family’s future than I was 10 years ago?
4. Am I going to do the same thing I’ve always done? Am I going to listen to everyone else like I’ve always done?
5. What do I want my and my family’s future to look like and how important is it to me that they have their best shot at living in the Canada I love?
I Love you my fellow Canadians. I don’t like you all because honestly some of you piss me off.
Do what’s right. Protect Canada, protect your future, protect future generations.
Vote.

Bloc was the best last night -
Liberals are Old dogs sitting on a nail that doesn’t quite hurt enough to bother with change. They only see surface level promises and don’t want to see that the issues are system issues and reactionary thinking will never move us from the bottom of the GDP or off the bottom of almost everything else.
The Bloc was game on last night. I think he was the best. Passionate with intelligence and competence.
Singh - whatever
Pierre Poilievre - was unimpressive. Not trying to win JUST trying not to lose. If conservatives lose he needs to go. He’s sharp and intelligent but massively lacks the charisma and passion. It’s like it’s his job NOT his passion.
Carney - his ascension to PM in my opinion was somehow cooked with trump. Not sure how but it all seems a little to convenient. Last nights debate He was blah - I thought he was going to pooch his French but he did good.
Step 3: Track your #StayConsistent progress to stay hooked. Use a simple checklist or app to mark each day you complete your task. Seeing your streak grow feels like a win every time.
Consistency is the secret to turning small efforts into massive results over time. It’s not about grand gestures—it’s about showing up every day with purpose. Step 1: Choose a #StayConsistent daily task that feels doable, like writing one sentence in a journal or walking for five minutes. Make it so easy you can’t fail, and commit to it no matter what. ↓
Step 2: Set a #BuildRoutines cue to keep your routine tight. Pick a specific time—like right after coffee—and use a phone alarm to remind you. This makes your task automatic, no willpower needed.
