I don't think anyone would argue that the winter fuel payments should be a benefit for all; however with fuel costs rising again this winter the threshold needs to be revisited.

@AlfiLee2 @ActionBrexit Two wrongs don't make a right, the offenders should've been detained without the unnecessary violence - kicking/stamping on someone's head when they're not fighting back wouldn't be fair in any fight, let alone a controlled takedown by a professional police officer.
