I was informed refund shall be initiated by 28 October but till today nothing has progressed since 20 oct same status

And they do not want to consider Uttar Pradesh deliveries that's why confused between Uttar Pradesh and uttarPradesh

It's better to leave Flipkart bcz Ghaziabad does not belong to Uttar Pradesh and its pincode is not 201009 as per Flipkart.
Oblige to tell me correct pincode for Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh India
