Meet Golden. 🐾

He’s just an orange cat from Izmir with one weird habit:

Solin & Golden

Solin is 29 and lives in Izmir, Turkey.

She’s been trading crypto for years and takes it pretty seriously. She has a full trading setup at home, multiple monitors, charts everywhere, alerts going off all day… basically the kind of room where normal people walk in and immediately want to leave 😂

And then there’s Golden.

Her cat.

Golden has absolutely no idea what Bitcoin is, but somehow spends half his life sitting next to the trading desk like he owns the place.

One night Solin was watching a setup she’d been waiting on for hours.

Everything looked good.

She was thinking about opening a $1,000 position with low leverage.

Then she started staring at the chart again.

Maybe more leverage?

Maybe not.

She changed her mind about five times.

Classic trader behavior.

Eventually she got annoyed with herself and decided she needed a Turkish coffee before doing anything stupid.

So she walked out of the trading room, made her coffee and decided she’d flip the cup afterwards and check her coffee fortune.

Because apparently technical analysis wasn’t stressful enough 😂

Meanwhile…

Golden jumped onto the desk.

Walked across the keyboard.

Stepped on the mouse.

And somehow opened the trade.

Solin had absolutely no idea.

A little while later she came back into the room holding her coffee.

She looked at the monitor.

Stopped.

Looked again.

The $1,000 position was now showing almost $10,000.

For a few seconds she genuinely thought she was looking at the wrong account.

Then she looked at Golden.

He was sitting right next to the keyboard, completely relaxed, staring back at her like:

“What?”

That was the night Golden stopped being just Golden.

From then on, Solin started calling him…

I’m probably gonna get called bearish for this, but I don’t think the next big crypto bull run is as close as people think.

The BBC reported that CIA Director John Ratcliffe made an unannounced trip to Moscow. We still don’t know everything that was discussed behind closed doors.

Then you’ve got the Iran war, the mess around the Strait of Hormuz, energy prices and inflation still hanging over the global economy.

That makes me question how aggressive the Fed can really be with rate cuts.

Risk assets love cheap money. Crypto especially.

But cutting rates while inflation is still sticky could easily bring more inflation and more pressure on the dollar.

So personally, I wouldn’t expect a clean 2020/2021-style bull run anytime soon. I think it may take longer than a lot of people expect.

Could Trump and the Fed surprise everyone? Absolutely. This is 2026… nothing really surprises me anymore 😅
