@TheLastofUsNews None of them, best thing about the show is the Music, Sound, and Production design of TLOU’s world. Story and character changes really fail the relationships - stale line reads during important emotional scenes make them feel detatched and out of place.

@DanBrown0531 This is diametrically opposed to Joel’s words at the end of part 1 where he says “I struggled for a long time with surviving, but you keep finding something to fight for”. Referring to the loss of Sarah.

He knew he made a bad call for Ellie, but to him it was worth it.

@DanBrown0531 The presumption for her, is that making the attempt is better than not. Regardless of the end result, by Joel choosing to stop it all together, renders her struggle pointless and makes her survivors guilt worse.

Eventually moves to a farm for a year with Dina… then travels to California and Back.

@_ethancenteno @DaveyIsCinema @everended @DiscussingFilm Whats so interesting is when you break it all down, Ellie took much more from Abby, and I feel her hatred toward her is more a projection from her own self hatred for how she treated Joel after she found out the truth. Though she wanted to forgive him she never got to.

But either way the story never says what is or is right or wrong. Its just characters doing what they feel is write or wrong.

@DanBrown0531 Ellies character motivation is that she wanted her Immunity and struggle to be worth somthing/matter.

Joel saving her (though objectively right in his mind) removes the possibility of it mattering at all.

While the FireFlies felt an obligation to try even if they failed.

@iamkingmonye @gerG___ Not really - TLOU part 1 game has more human enemies than infected. Same for TLOU part 2 with Both Ellies and Abby’s stories. Ellie figjts mostly the WLF and Abby fights mostly the Seraphites (a cult). The zombies are more of an obstacle than actual enemy.
