@ronsterd89 Once a week sufficient. If they're heavy or long & don't dry completely during the day, you may need to pop them into the dryer, but if you're using them after you've taken a bath, there is certainly no need to wash them each day. Once a month too infrequent as houses get dusty
@muheediva01 NO! NO! NO! No 15-20 min cities! Don't like being controlled. Sure, I patronize businesses in walking distance, but am more than willing to drive across town for things I want/need. World is to be explored NOT to be steered/decided by those who think they know what's best!
@ronsterd89 Tea Tree oil toothpicks reg/cinnamon. Know & have heard of others quitting w/these. It's the over 600 additives which make smoking/tobacco products addictive. Smoke's bad for your lungs. Nicotine itself found in some veggies. Chew nicotine gum instead: https://t.co/Zh4NST6Bqi
During lockdowns I worried about keeping family healthy/taking the right supplements (C, D, zinc, quercetin). Then learned about HCQ, Ivermectin, adverse reactions to jabs. Monoclonal antibodies were in my periphery; quickly came/went, but take a listen: https://t.co/VPFYhmybv3
@BamaSaltyMarine Do you own research & make your own decisions, but please consider listening to this podcast (about an hour). Lithium orotate can be bought at a health food store (different than the one they give as psych med which is lithium citrate): https://t.co/8FpYksyhei
Mike Pompeo just confessed.
In a June 8 tribute to the late MI6 chief, Trump's "most loyal" CIA director admitted he flew British intelligence to Langley to "plan and coordinate" in his first weeks on the job.
Plan what, exactly? @BarbaraMBoyd has the answer. 👇
@travelingflying Pray, hide, get an atty, take a vacation. Start foundation to give accessibility grants (function first, but given unlimited money, aesthetics as well). For families who need things like ramps, elevators, handicapped vans. Host homes providing respite for families w/♿member.
@Jeremyakee@TheCatholicEngr Good one😉Hook has to be something lost. So pray something like: "Dear St. Anthony, please help me regain my lost patience regarding finding my future wife." The angel St Raphael's the one for you: "Dear St. Raphael, please find & help arrange a meeting with my future wife"
@KarenGeorgeBSRN@TheStaad •St Augustine (354–430 AD) fathered child during long-term relationship as young layman, underwent spiritual conversion, later ordained a priest & bishop

@okiepatriot_76 OK & TX are past hot spots. 1st phase of Benadryl Challenge was on TikTok 2020. A 15 yr/old girl died in OK. Now the scourge is back. This 2026 OK girl, also age 15, has been in ICU for 5 days on a vent, brain function lost. Other 2026 reports incl multiple child deaths in CT.
@okiepatriot_76 Benadryl's generic is diphenhydramine. It's an antihistamine. Besides calling it the "Benadryl challenge", high dose use also called "DPH tripping". Causes delirium/hallucinations. Can lead to severe side effects like seizures, heart problems, psychosis, coma, & death.
@Ron_Anderson65 A few suggestions:
Find a Bible Study to join
Tab your Bible (buy tabs on Amazon)
Become familiar with Bible Gateway online so you can read the Bible in different translations. They also have Bible resources to aid understanding.
Cath resource on Matthew: https://t.co/XEU1qMl1Qt
@Ron_Anderson65 I'm Cath & believe the Cath Church is the one true church. Both Cath & Lutherans have Sat eve anticipatory services, so you might look up one of those & attend a Sat eve service. If leaning Prot, you might try a Calvary Chapel service on Sun if there's one in your community⤵️
@Cade_One@Catholingo Modern chapter divs created circa 1205 by Stephen Langton, Eng scholar & Archbishop of Canterbury (England Cath at the time). Verses introduced in 1551 by Fr printer Robert Estienne (AKA Stephanus) while still Cath, but he became Prot before fully publishing verse system in 1555
