@FirstWestYorks Your brilliant work continues on the 27 bus timetable changes. You could have just inconvenienced your customers by changing in the service to 40 minutes interval from 30 minutes, but you have gone the extra mile by not bothering to change the bus stop timetables. Well done!

@FirstWestYorks Yes, but its completely disingenuous to describe them as minor and ridiculous to suggest this is what customer feedback has demanded. The only thing that will relieve Leeds’ appalling traffic problems is reliable, frequent, public transport which First clearly can’t provide!

@FirstWestYorks 27 Bus To describe these timetable changes as minor just shows the blatant disregard (or is it hatred) you have for your customers! A 40-minute service on weekdays is pathetic and inconvenient. It results in irregular times in any hour and significantly impacts round-trip times.

@MayorOfWY I live in Leeds, but my house, trinity university, Yarnbury Rugby Club, Horsforth golf club etc. have a bus service that would be considered poor in a 1930s tiny rural village. To describe this as a part of an efficient metropolitan transportation system is farcical

@MayorOfWY A year ago, bus travel was a viable option. I could go to Horsforth or into Leeds for an evening event and get home by bus. I could go to the Gym or visit local businesses in the mornings and evenings. Now I can do none of these things, because first bus have withdrawn services
