A: at least a few people seem to have deemed it silly/off putting
B: “safe” art isn’t remembered in the same way as boundary pushing art is & isn’t ongoing relevance essentially aligned with IP preservation?

@xzallion @DominicHailsto1 @arvalis *I read the comics after discovering the toys so the idea of species affecting the emergent alien was well implanted in my mind so this is firmly headcanon for me.

Imagine the bi-horned tank of an alien that this mating would produce!

I like the dog alien in Alien3, the unexplored idea of rhynth aliens in the AvP comic* and, as a kid, LOVED the Bull, Gorilla, Scorpion, Snake, and Mantis aliens that Kenner put out as non-canon toys.

@DominicHailsto1 @arvalis I’m pretty sure Geiger put it in his will that any design submitted to any film even tangentially related to the Alien franchise that included the word fraenulum had to be included!

@DominicHailsto1 @arvalis But they could’ve had that with your design! All it would take is an awesome moment where you see the chest burster split apart to become more humanoid. They could still have had it mimicking + the bonus kudos of an excellent bit of lore expansion.
