Congratulations to freshmen, Tate Powers on receiving player of the week!! Tate took a CHARGE to win a competition series this week as well as timely buckets for his team’s success! Also, S/O to Junior leader Kobe Kelly, Kayden Green, and @TyCannonLillpop on receiving votes!
Yesterday AM saw an 17u AAU coach get into an altercation with another coach b/c they weren’t guarding one of their players that couldn’t shoot.
He said “Quit being disrespectful and guard him.”
Opposing coach, “Teach him how to shoot”.
Gotta love AAU hoops!
The best players impact those around them — they just don’t raise their level of play but they find ways to lift their teammates level of play.
