@AmazonHelp I received email confirmation stating that the £6 would be applied to my next order. If I wasn’t eligible then why did you send out the email confirming I was entitled to the offer. Without the promotion I definitely wouldn’t have bothered purchasing the gift card.
@AmazonUK I purchased a £50 gift card and had an email stating I would receive a £6 top up that would be taken off my next order. As I suspected this never worked. Total con!

@DunelmService Absolutely seething, waited 4 weeks for a bed delivery that never turned up, no communication, now given refund as unavailable. Worst service ever!
