Attention regarding Balcony Railings,

East-facing unit owners, please be aware that the construction company has discovered railings on the West side of the building are loose and in a few cases they have snapped off. Please do not touch or lean on railings.

Attention 7th Floor West Owners,
Demolition of the parapet wall is scheduled to begin Monday the 24th. Please be aware that there will be workers present and heavy construction taking place. The construction company will be working quickly, but could be for several days.
