@OnePlus_IN@oneplus@OnePlus_Support This is to bring to your notice that I am facing a lot of troubles with my One Plus 8 Pro which I bought in September 2020. I'm glad that it's been 4 years and still the phone was running quite smoothly but last year I was facing some issues.
@amazon Instead of promoting all this why is no one taking care of my complaint. What's the point of having a customer care team when you can't help them. I've been mugged by one of your delivery associates and still no one from your team is helping me.

All I ask is that it was delivery guy's fault that I'm bearing a loss of 3800rs and why in the world should I bear a loss of this amount it might not be a big amount for you but it is for me. Take responsibility and help me out here at least pay for the loss that I'm bearing.
They blamed it all upon me that why didn't you check with the delivery guy it's all your fault you shouldn't have handed over the shoes. The biggest problem was that the delivery guy came directly to my door there was no call from him also. @amazonIN they refused to help me out.
After a few hours when I received a refund for the katana I was shocked that I haven't even returned it and then the guy from myntra came for pickup and I didn't have the shoes with me only so there went my 3800rs something. I immediately called Amazon customer care to report.
