@AintRight12 The presence of fascists in Any space is cause for concern. Any space or platform that doesn't actively dismiss fascist rhetoric and presence will attract it instead. Perhaps reflecting on why far-right folk would support your protest is a good start to keep them out in future.

We were in attendance, gay men and lesbians giving out water, hand sanatiser, snacks, legal bust cards, and respectfully listening to many speakers. This is a radical and far reaching kind of solidarity that transphobes could never accept or hope to achieve through division. 3/4

There is no legal right to abortion on request in the UK. Abortion is still dependent on the approval of two doctors and the legislation is the 1967 act, one of five grounds must be satisfied. There is a time limit of 23 weeks and 6 days in most cases.

In Bristol during one conversation I highlighted that KJK went on Tucker Carlson's show and promoted Tommy Robinson. The lady I was speaking to retorted that she has to, because they're the people who want to platform her. And she saw no issue with that...

Okay so I did some quick research for the next GC attempt to provoke queer communities, and it turns out that Brighton is a supportive and unified city in many respects. Turns out trans people are more than welcome in their vibrant community, while bigots never have been.

@LGBwiththeT The protest in Bristol. We opposed them, despite their coordinated media efforts over Twitter we came out for our trans friends and LGBT community. They may spread a false narrative on Twitter, but in terms of the day, the community, the city, we stand together and with love.

@LGBwiththeT You may not be able to out shout such coordinated hate mongerers. It's hard to feel like you're doing when all you can do is report and block because it's so overwhelming. But we protest, we support eachother, we build our own connections, and we will win in the end.

@LGBwiththeT The tiniest extreme minorities are often the loudest. It's easy to feel overwhelmed when you have thousands of tightly knit people on the same app coordinating their behaviour. In my experience, the vast majority of people are decent, understanding, and supportive.
