Had a good tussle with the Irish and Italian for 3rd over the first km, eventually the Irish pulling away at the end to claim the medal.

World Masters finished today. Unfortunately no medals to bring back to @NewParAC but some great results by our fellow Cornish athletes. Neil took a bronze in 100m hurdles and Dale anchored the 4x400 team to gold and a world record! 🌎🇬🇧🏃‍♂️
