There have been at least 29 boys who have competed in "girls" high school cross country in the United States.

Comparing their 5k times to those of all girls who ran high school cross country in the 2025 season, 24 of those boys (82%) fall in the top 25% of all female times (sub 22:12)

16 boys (55%) fall within the top 10% of all female times (sub 20:29)

9 boys (31%) fall within the top 5% of all female times (sub 19:39)

Of the three puberty blocked boys, one ran a time of 19:54, the other has run 18:20.

Of the 5 boys who fall outside the 25%, one was Terry Miller, a boy who has singlehandedly stolen 16 state championship track and field medals in sprint events.

One was Eric "Eris" Pil, a boy who placed 8th at the State Championships in the shot put (was a thrower, not a runner)

And one boy was Cody "Rachel" Cox, as seen below.

I have not read that transitioning changes that figure. 85% of trans women have a penis. Women are not responsible for your safety.
