@exotic_aircraft I was the MMCO in VRC-50 as the re-procured C-2As were being delivered. The aircraft were true workhorses, but they were maintenance intensive…Hats off to C-2A maintainers everywhere for supporting this aircraft over the last 50 years.

@Solvaix And using the output you could build much of the kit off site and just assemble on site…Still need the craftsmen, but they would be dealing with the one offs/tough issues etc…

@airmainengineer @USNavy @Boeing It’s amazing that an F-14 carried 20,000 lbs of fuel with a full bag, and a dedicated MQ-25A tanker UAV will carry only about 16,000 lbs. Not judging the decision or design…just find it interesting….

I kind of like the new livery for Air Force One with the exception of the “Waving Flag” on the tail. They should revert to the old flag design, IMHO.
