This is a building of the Rivne State University of Humanities, almost completely destroyed by a Russian strike.

​The main campus building was almost entirely gutted by fire and is no longer usable. Nearby buildings were also damaged.

​According to police, 25 people were injured. Two of the wounded are in critical condition and undergoing emergency surgery.
