২০ জুলাইঃ বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষক সন্থা অসমৰ কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ সভা সোমবাৰে পুৱা ১০ বজাৰ পৰা গুৱাহাটী লতাশিলতস্থিত বিষ্ণু নিৰ্মলা শিশু পুথিভঁৰাল প্ৰেক্ষাগৃহত অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভাত সভাপতিত্ব কৰে সন্থাৰ সভাপতিয়ে। সভাত অসম ৰাজ্যিক শিক্ষা পৰিষদৰ (ASSEB) অধ্যক্ষ ৰমেশ চন্দ্ৰ জৈন, সদৌ অসম কৰ্মচাৰী পৰিষদৰ সভাপতি দ্বিপেন শৰ্মা, মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষক আৰু কৰ্মচাৰী সন্থাৰ সম্পাদক ব্ৰজেন চেটিয়া, হাইস্কুল শিক্ষক সন্থাৰ সভাপতি সুনন্দ কলিতা আৰু উপ-সভাপতিসহ বহু বিশিষ্ট অতিথি উপস্থিত থাকে।

সভাত বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষাৰ পাঠ্যপুথি আঞ্চলিক ভাষালৈ অনুবাদ কৰাৰ প্ৰয়োজনীয়তাৰ ওপৰত বিশেষভাৱে আলোকপাত কৰা হয়। বক্তাসকলে কয় যে মাতৃভাষাত পাঠ্যসামগ্ৰী উপলব্ধ হ'লে শিক্ষাৰ মান উন্নত হোৱাৰ লগতে ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীয়ে বিষয়বস্তু সহজে বুজি পাব।

ইয়াৰ উপৰিও, সংগঠনৰ বিষয়ববীয়াসকলে বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষকসকলৰ দীৰ্ঘদিনীয়া সমস্যাসমূহ : চাকৰি নিয়মীয়াকৰণৰ নামত ভুৱা প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি, তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ জৰিয়তে পৰিচালিত ব���যৱস্থা, দৰমহাৰ কোনো উত্তৰণ নোহোৱা আৰু চাকৰিৰ নিশ্চয়তাৰ অভাৱ আদিৰ সমাধানৰ বাবে সক্ৰিয় ভূমিকা গ্ৰহণ কৰাৰ আশ্বাস দিয়ে। লগতে চৰকাৰৰ দৃষ্টি আকৰ্ষণ কৰি এই সমস্যাসমূহ সমাধানৰ বাবে প্ৰয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্ৰহণৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত মাৰ্গদৰ্শন আৰু সহযোগিতা আগবঢ়োৱাৰ প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি দিয়ে।

বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষা ব্যৱস্থাৰ পৰা তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ হস্তক্ষেপ আঁতৰাই এই শিক্ষা ব্যৱস্থাৰ সামগ্ৰিক উন্নয়ন সাধন কৰক। চৰকাৰী বিদ্যালয়ত ব্যক্তিগত কোম্পানীৰ জৰিয়তে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ কৰাৰ ব্যৱস্থাৰ অন্ত পেলাবলৈ আমি কাতৰ আহ্বান জনাইছোঁ।

Mizoram sets the right example!

Direct recruitment of Vocational Education Teachers (Entry Grade) under clear rules by the Dept. of Personnel & Administrative Reforms. Age 18-35, Level 8 pay, transparent & accountable.

In Assam, Samagra Shiksha Axom @Samagra_Assam prefers dangerous third-party outsourcing instead of direct teacher recruitment.

Result ? Serious mismanagement, poor accountability & compromised education quality.

This should stop.

Urgent prayer to Hon'ble Chief Minister @himantabiswa Sir & HEM @ranojpeguassam Sir : Remove third party involvement and prioritise direct recruitment of qualified teachers for skill/vocational education. Our students deserve better than contractor raj.

Hon'ble Education Minister @ranojpeguassam Sir, We respectfully draw your kind attention to a serious issue: NO TEXTBOOKS have been received yet for NSQF Vocational subjects in maximum government/provincialised schools. When we approached the Samagra Shiksha Assam office, officials said it depends on third parties.
Respected Sir, Assam already has a well-established Assam State Textbook Publication Board @SCERT_Assam. Why should we depend on private third parties for such critical educational material? This system is causing unnecessary delays and affecting students' learning. We earnestly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure textbooks reach schools before the academic session is further affected.

This letter published in today’s newspaper exposes the harsh reality of Vocational Teachers in Assam’s government schools.
We are in Government schools but recruited through private agencies, work under exploitative third-party contracts, and our condition is no better than the 108 ambulance workers.
While the state talks about building a Skilled Assam, skill educators are being treated as disposable.
Why can’t Samagra Shiksha Assam recruit vocational teachers directly and give us dignity, security and fair service conditions?
We request your immediate intervention to end this unfair monopoly of private agencies.

Hon'ble Prime Minister @narendramodi ji,
Vocational teachers working in government schools of Assam are being denied maternity leave benefits.
Female teachers are being forced to resign in such situations.
These practices go against the spirit of Nari Shakti.
Samagra Shiksha Assam @Samagra_Assam has not taken adequate corrective steps to support and empower women teachers.
Kindly intervene.

NO TEXTBOOKS FOR NSQF ELECTIVE SUBJECTS IN ASSAM GOVT SCHOOLS: @himantabiswa @ranojpeguassam @Samagra_Assam

Even after the academic session has begun and half of April is over, students are still deprived of textbooks for NSQF elective subjects. This unacceptable delay caused by private agencies handling printing & distribution ; is directly impacting learning in our schools.

How can skill-based education progress without basic resources?
We strongly urge Hon’ble CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma Sir and HEM Dr. Ranoj Pegu Sir to immediately intervene.

Students are outshining in vocational (NSQF) subjects in HSLC : highest number of letter marks! A total of 29246 secured letter marks in Vocational subjects. Why? Because these subjects focus on practical learning, helping students gain skills while boosting scores.

This is the result of relentless efforts by vocational teachers in Assam Govt schools. Despite mental harassment and exploitation by third-party TMPs, teachers stood firm for students.

We urge Hon’ble CM @himantabiswa , HEM @ranojpeguassam , MD @Samagra_Assam , Secy to Education dept @sanjayjavin , Union Minister of Education @dpradhanbjp , @psscive_bhopal to recognize this and remove the third-party (TMP/middlemen/dalals) from the system from vocational education system in school education.
