Now that Ruinous prayers are scrapped, we should start the conversation again about letting Zerk builds use Chivalry!
Compared to the 15% prayers, Chivalry grants an extra 0% attack, 3% strength, and 5% defense (Piety gives 5% more than Chivalry to each stat). Chivalry is rarely used since the requirements to access are nearly the same as Piety, and Piety is much stronger.
Let's be completely honest here, Chivalry is a "dead prayer". The standard account completely bypasses it by going straight from 52 Prayer to 70-77. The only people who use Chivalry are Ironmen who have not yet reached 70 Prayer.
Proposed Ideas:
Lower the hard defense requirements to 45 for both King’s Ransom quest and Chivalry itself.
Make Chivalry accessible before completion of the Knight Waves Training Ground.
Have King’s Ransom quest xp reward obtained when starting the Knight Waves Training Ground as “pre-training” as opposed to quest completion. Piety would still require claiming the defense xp rewards from both the quest and training grounds, remaining unchanged.
What are your thoughts, and what changes would you make?
