More than 80 animal species in Ukraine may disappear as a result of Russiaās aggression, from European bison and lynx to steppe eagles and black storks, according to @mineconomdev. Eight nature reserves and ten national parks are currently under occupation. Steppes have been mined, forests burned, and dead dolphins have been found along the coast. The most alarming aspect is that some of these losses may be irreversible even after the war ends. This is one of the longest-lasting consequences of Russiaās invasion.

The moment of one of todayās Russian strikes on Kyiv.
I can see that fewer and fewer people are reading news from Ukraine. I understand that on a Sunday morning, people donāt want to read about war. They want to sleep a little longer, drink good coffee, and sit in the sun. I understand that. The algorithms on X limit content about war, destruction, and suffering. You have to make an effort to even see this information.
All of this is understandable on a human level. But unfortunately, if you remove Putin and the war from your information feed, they do not disappear from reality.
Putin is a sadist and a maniac. He is a threat to all of humanity.
There needs to be active resistance. News from Ukraine needs to be shared. People need to keep their focus.
Despite a sleepless night, Iām still here. And Iām grateful to everyone who continues to stand with us.
One day, weāll drink morning coffee together in a beautiful, peaceful Kyiv.
Kyiv. An absolutely horrific night.

Five years and the so-called civilized world is still ignoring russian terror.
Hellish night in Kyiv. Didnāt know if Iād wake up.
When thereās nothing on the battlefield, Russia wages war on market stalls and apartment blocks, murdering people in their sleep.
Ukrainian POW Oleksandr Hrytsiuk was returned weighing around 50 kilograms, covered in bruises, missing fingernails, with a broken nose after months of torture and starvation. There are hundreds of stories like these.
This is what Russian captivity means for Ukrainians
