@TrooRooSC @NicNegrepontis You're right Carlton aren't at the level required to do this every week.
We've had some luck go our way this season, both good and bad. But in terms of wins and losses we've had more lucky wins than unlucky losses.
Until we have 27-30 players vying for a spot we'll be up and down

@lucasblueboys @zeezou90 1 game every 6 weeks is not an opportunity.
Marchbank wasn't on his own yesterday in having his colours lowered but he was the only player who hasn't been in the team for the past 8 weeks. Were obviously at least 1 short down back so we need an option for injuries.

Psychology plays a big part but not in the way that "getting ahead of themselves alludes to".
Biggest shift in mentality was GWS getting the last goal of the first quarter.
If Carlton stop that they probably win.

It fails to recognise that there are 2 teams out there both trying to do the exact same thing in basically the exact same manner.
You could say in 1st & 4th GWS got ahead of themselves
But that'd be stupid!
