Very simple (not that advanced in knowledge frankly) exercise that everyone can do to enhance their manifestation ability

1) Start visualizing it in the mind's eye while starting at a piece of paper.

2) Speak that visualization into the World towards a piece of paper.

3) Write that visualization down on that paper.

In doing this, as simple as it seems, you have made something in your vision, come through the sound barrier, and into physical reality via the platform of paper.

But most people will do this once and stop- because most people do not have the energy, nor the vibration naturally to make something manifest with just a singular practice.

For many to even get there, it will take years or decades of practice and work; again due to the energy and vibration of their current state.

But so many who don't see success in one or even four goes, will simply stop. And conclude, that there is no value to it.
