I really don't care who's appointing/recruiting a new HC as long as its a decision that benefits the club. Likewise, I don't care if news is under wraps until its done. Social media just feeds entitlement.

@user__782 @louorns We need to establish a clear identity and a clear culture, before filling it with new signings. Realistically, I love the club and that support is not dependent on what league we are in or expensive signings. If we have to play kids, play kids etc.

We didn't hear of rumours or wanted to know the ins and outs of the recruitment process. We certainly didn't get told of members of staff being employed - nor wanted to be. Internal running of the club and its processes done behind closed doors.
