@etihad @etihad customer service is useless and makes you wait for days without a reply. There is no point contacting them. I lost 4000 AED because they wouldn't tell you if there will be issues in the emigration

OCBC employees changed my bank account email address without my knowledge and now won't change it even after I requested them to change it back to my original email. this is fraud. customer service is pathetic. action asap
