TV is dying. Most people, especially younger folks, don’t have cable anymore. Even when they do, local stations often don’t go live until after a tornado warning is issued or a tornado is already confirmed. Their focus is spread too thin between news, sports, and entertainment.

A dedicated 24/7 weather-only source, run by locals, fills that gap. It works alongside the National Weather Service and gets ahead of danger instead of reacting to it. This model is built for the people, not for ratings. Every state needs one.

Kudos to NWS Saint Louis for the early tornado warning there on pattern recognition of the convergence signature prior to the tornado forming. Saved many lives, no doubt.
