(3) In support, they replied, saying that the subscription was said in small print somewhere and according to the rules in their contract, I can't refund the subscription that hasn't ended yet. But the ending of the message finished me off.

(2) I accidentally forgot about the site, and yesterday I was asked ±62k₩ for a subscription on their site that I saw for the first time. There were no mentions or messages when the subscription was first paid. I canceled my subscription right away and texted in support.
