Most people are chasing the next bull run like clueless sheep.
The smart ones are quietly preparing for what could actually kill crypto.
Forget crashes, regulations, or CEX failures.
The real existential threat is Q-Day, the moment quantum computers shatter the cryptography protecting nearly every blockchain.
I used to think it was sci-fi too. Then I dug in. Now Iโm convinced: this is not some distant risk, itโs the ticking time bomb that could wipe out trillions in onchain value, especially stablecoins and real financial systems.
Thatโs exactly why @arc is the only project that keeps showing up on my radar.
While most chains are still playing hype games and promising moonshots,
@arc built by Circle the team behind USDC is focused on becoming the secure settlement layer for digital currencies and programmable finance.
They are not trying to be everything to everyone. Theyโre building the Economic Operating System the internet actually needs.
And hereโs the part that actually matters:
ARC is baking post-quantum security into its foundation from day one. No desperate patches later.
No โwe will figure it out when it happens.โ
They are ahead because they are not ignoring the hard problems.
Why ARC stands out (and why Iโm paying attention):
๐น Stablecoin-native by design: fast, cheap, reliable settlement where digital dollars actually move at internet scale.
๐น Real DeFi utility: lending, borrowing, prediction markets, cross-chain collateral that works.
๐น Agentic future: built for AI agents to transact autonomously without getting wrecked by volatility or fees.
๐น Builder-first: testnet live, Blueprints ready, funding and ecosystem support already rolling.
The industry is sleepwalking into a cryptographic cliff. ARC is one of the few actually building with eyes wide open.
Q-Day might be years awayโฆ or it might hit sooner than the suits admit. Either way, waiting is stupid.
Thatโs why ARC is on my list.โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ

The timeline was filled with peller and talks on uneducated content.
In fewer than 4 days, I saw so-called educated people doing embarrassing stuff posting with BEGFI tags for giveaway cash.
You see, no difference from the boy just different content strategy to make money

This recap got me smiling.
Even though I wasnโt present physically, I was there in spirit.
Nothing beats getting to connect with the community in real life, the hallway gist, the deep dives and the excitement you can actually feel in the room.
@Arc is really resonating with builders on the ground.
Love what you and Jerry did here. The photos look mad, and the energy sounds even better. More of this, please ๐

The @arc Nigeria community event in Lagos brought together builders, developers, founders and Architects from across the ecosystem.
It was great meeting so many people building on Arc, seeing what they're working on firsthand and hearing about the products they're bringing to life.
There's energy difference about having these conversations in person instead of just online.
A huge shoutout to my fellow Arc Nigeria Local Lead, @JerryOjumah who hosted the event and did an amazing job bringing the community together. The event flowed seamlessly, and the energy in the room made every session engaging.
During my session I spoke to builders, developers and even Web2 fintech teams looking to integrate blockchain into their payment systems. I introduced Arc and its vision of becoming the Economic OS for the Internet, explaining why today's financial infrastructure still creates unnecessary friction for payments and value transfer.
I also walked through how Arc approaches these challenges differently with native USDC, sub-second deterministic finality and an architecture purpose-built for internet-native finance.
I also talked about what developers can build on Arc. We discussed payment applications, cross-border settlement, tokenized assets and other financial products that become possible with stablecoin-native infrastructure. I also used XyloNet as a practical example of what purpose-built stablecoin infrastructure looks like, connecting Arc's technology to real-world use cases rather than just theory.
The breakout session was easily my favourite part of the day. Many attendees came over for one on one conversations, asking deeper questions about Arc, stablecoins, the technology behind the network, the developer ecosystem and how they could start building or contributing. Those discussions showed just how much curiosity there is around Arc and reinforced why community education is so important.
A big thank you to everyone who attended, shared ideas and made the event such a success. The excitement in the room was contagious, and I'm looking forward to continuing to grow the Arc community in Nigeria alongside Jerry. We're only getting started.
