#DYK a ‘Peloton’ refers to cyclists competing in a bike race, & its origin comes from the French word meaning ‘Platoon’? Since Feb, 10 soldiers from @1CSSBAusArmy have worked in their own Peloton to raise awareness for the Cancer Council, completing a 1,200km bike ride in the NT.

Yesterday, 1 CSSB competed and won against teams from across
@HQ_1Bde in the 2019 Commanders Combat Challenge, in a variety of activities
pushing competitors to their limits. Congratulations to #OurPeople for taking
out the 2019 CCC championship.

#OurPartners from Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) visited to develop logistics cooperation for future joint exercises.

Getting hands on with capabilities, including the Soldier Combat Ensemble, HX77 Flat Rack operations and the 45M Heavy Recovery Vehicle.
