Take 5k and find a couple upcoming artists that you think will blow and charging cheap features. Use the rest to promote the singles. Use traffic generated from those artist (pay to post to story or feed) to build momentum and ad campaigns on various socials.

Upcoming artist go; Pay 200k for studio session, 100k for visuals, use like 50k buy costumes, pay 30k for distribution to all platforms, pay for marketing, manage to get 10k to 50k streams but still won't get a dime for their hardwork! Very brutal reality!
