Every morning write down 3 things on the dry erase:
1. The time you woke up
2. The time you went to sleep
3. Your energy level 1-100
Try it for 30 days.
Adjust accordingly over time.
You can feel like absolute shit day every single day and still make progress.
The secret to progress is constant remembrance of your goal.
Set the tone for the day by making your first thought of the day about that goal.
Then take immediate action.
