@VerizonSupport I walk daily and lose my signal every day, can’t stream music, etc. until I get farther away from that dead zone. Service will show 2 bars and LTE or 5G but you get no data. Some times you get SOS and that’s it.

#Verizon is a joke here in Surprise Az. 143K living here and dead zones on the major road thru the city. Even a Verizon store in the dead zone. No service in major grocery stores or their parking lots. Need to update your coverage map and put a big white spot over this city.
