This incident was recorded in a public place. An elderly woman visited a shop to replace a cooler motor that was still under warranty. According to her, the motor had already been replaced once earlier but stopped working again. She requested the shopkeeper to repair or replace it under the warranty terms.
The shopkeeper allegedly refused, saying it would not be replaced again. During the argument, he is accused of misbehaving, using inappropriate language, and physically pushing the woman. In the end, he reportedly agreed to provide a replacement only if the bill was torn, raising serious concerns about consumer rights and misconduct.
This video is being shared to highlight the matter. Authorities should take note and investigate the incident.

الشيخ السديس علّق على واقعة اعتداء أحد عناصر الأمن على معتمرٍ بالتأكيد على “ضرورة الالتزام بالتعليمات الأمن��ة” واعتبر ذلك “عبادة”، لكنه لم يوجّه في المقابل توصية للأمن بضرورة حسن التعامل مع المحرمين وضبط النفس في مواجهة الزحام أو الخطأ البشري من المعتمرين.
فلماذا إذن يُلقى اللوم دائمًا على الحجاج والمعتمرين وحدهم؟

إن هذا الموقف يتنافى مع روح الآية الكريمة التي تقول:

﴿وَإِذْ جَعَلْنَا الْبَيْتَ مَثَابَةً لِلنَّاسِ وَأَمْنًا﴾
فالأمن في الحرم حقٌّ للمحرمين لا سيفٌ مرفوع عليهم، وهو جزء من قدسية المكان لا يُستباح تحت ذريعة التنظيم.

وكذلك قوله تعالى:

﴿وَطَهِّرْ بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾
فالمطلوب هو حماية البيت وأمن العابدين فيه، لا تبرير التجاوزات باسم “��لعبادة”.

يا شيخ سديس، حماية المعتمر والمحرِم هي العبادة الحقيقية، وليست الطاعة العمياء أو تبرير الخوف والسكوت عن الخطأ.
فلا تُعلِّق خوفك أو مجاملاتك على شماعة “العبادة”، فبيت الله أُسِّسَ للأمن والسكينة لا للبطش باسم النظام.
