Private Estate Property - Stark County, Ohio

I’m looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented tradesperson to assist with ongoing work at a well-maintained, professionally run private estate in the Massillon/Canton/North Canton area.

This is a great fit for a seasoned professional with a day or so of extra time, semi-retired or retired contractor, or experienced tradesperson who enjoys staying active and takes pride in doing quality work — not rushing through jobs.

Scope of Work Includes:
• Light electrical (fixtures, troubleshooting, minor installs)
• Plumbing repairs and small installs
• Carpentry, adjustments, and finish work
• Landscaping and outdoor property projects
• General repairs, improvements, and hands-on problem solving

Position Details:
* LOOKING FOR SOMEONE QUALIFIED WHO CAN START RIGHT NOW ON A WEEKLY PROJECT.
• 5-20 hours per week (flexible, steady work) NO WEEKENDS
• Immediate need with potential for ongoing projects
• Pay: $50-$65/hour, based on experience, skill, and efficiency

This is NOT entry-level work. I’m looking for someone who:
• Is reliable, professional, and communicates clearly
• Has strong, real-world experience across multiple trades
• Can diagnose issues and handle projects independently
• Produces clean, high-quality work appropriate for a high-end home
• Takes ownership and shows up prepared with the right tools
