@cinamoorolll Your idea you can eat fast food all day & unintentionally still cut based off maintenance shows that while you have lost weight (congrats), you are dramatically oversimplifying a complex issue.
@cinamoorolll First off, relax it’s the internet it’s not that serious. I’m not fat either. I’m 185 at 10% body fat. I eat 180 grams of protein a day & doing that & sticking under 2,200 is difficult. Not to mention I straight do this for a living. I cook all my food.
