Lionel Messi is a freak because he doesn’t need to score to influence and decide a football match.
He’s unbelievable. If you block the center, he’d go out wide to the wings, how do you defend someone who’s so far from goal?
“When it’s time to vote, I will vote for the right person. I only attended the rally because we were giving money” — man who attended APC rally in Enugu
As a young Ghanaian startup founder, paid for my own online course on codecademy, self-taught in some areas and scraping by, these NITA fees, renewals, licensing, + 1% gross revenue levies are outrageous.
Payment providers already take 1-3.5% per transaction.
We’re broke, building with nothing, no real government support or funding for tech.
You can’t tax/charge us for skills we taught ourselves while offering zero help.
This kills innovation. #StopTheNITABill
🎥 🇬🇭 Baffour Gyan, the brother of Asamoah Gyan, is the first to arrive for the Monday All Stars game at Bawaleshie School Park.
The former striker returned to Ghana in 2009 after a 12-year stint in Europe, securing a three-year deal with Asante Kotoko.

Kevin Okyere is one of the most intelligent, visionary young Ghanaians of our time ,a man who secured an oil block before age 40, who could have brought billions of dollars into our economy. A deep thinker. A future builder. A rare national asset.
Ghana has mastered one thing: destroying its brightest sons and daughters.
We look for the bad in our own people, even when they are the ones creating wealth around us. We are not building men. We are killing souls.
We betrayed Nkrumah.
We destroyed our banks.
We collapsed Darko Poultry Farms, which could have been feeding half of Africa today.
We crippled Apino soaps.
And today, we stand here again, watching another bright son of this nation being cast out.
A nation that attacks its visionaries has no future. Our future must not depend on politics. Our government must protect Ghanaian innovators and not politicians’ interests.
I hope the government rises above political influence and stands for what is right.
Protect your young builders. Protect your future.
Thank you.

I just finished reading the new Cybersecurity Amendment Bill 2025
The dangerous thing is, it is not about security. It’s about control.
They want to give the CSA police powers to arrest, search, and seize.
They want it to investigate and prosecute citizens directly.
They want the power to freeze your assets before a court ever hears your case.
They can force you to hand over private information, raid your office without a warrant, and label speech they dislike as “false information.”
If this passes, one government agency will have the power to:
1. decide what you can say online.
2. shut down your business for “non-compliance,”
3. take your property “pending investigation,”
4. and even deny independent professionals the right to work unless they’re “accredited.”
This is digital authoritarianism dressed up in policy language. Typical of governments.
You can’t fight corruption, innovation, or free speech by handing more power to the same government that fears all three.
Every dictatorship starts by “protecting citizens from misinformation.”
Then it protects itself from criticism.
They are criminalizing dissent and centralizing control of the entire digital ecosystem under the State. They are literally taking your freedom.
We shouldn’t even debate it. We should resist it. It must be scrapped.
