@DoorDash_Help worst customer service ever. I waited 40 minutes for a live agent, and for the entire 40 minutes, it said I would get help in less than 1 minute. I got no help. Thanks for screwing me out $161 on Christmas Eve. If you can't fulfill the order don't accept it.

@koalarolls You're lucky you revived it. I just had an order canceled because by the time they found a driver, the store was closed. I'll be out $161. For 5-7 business days now, all because they took payment with no way to fulfill the order

@aatamkdaddy @DoorDash Drivers don't always steal the food. My husband did it for extra cash,and if the bag is closed, they can't open the bag to make sure the items are in there. Sometimes, the restaurant screws up. For instance, McDonald's bags are sealed like Fort Knox, so the order can't be checked
