Staging environments are so critical when doing everything from minor to major site updates.

Whether those updates are simple plugin updates for existing plugins, or installing and configuring new plugins, all the way to building new features and functionality.

Having a staging site provides a safe place to perform changes, build new features, and QA everything without the potential impact of breaking your live site.

Outside perspective is so damn powerful.

I was stuck just putting one foot in front of the other over the past few days on a particular project.

I was so close to the problem, that I was ONLY focused on taking it step by step... Continuing down the path I was already on.

I finally raised my hand in a private group I'm a member of, to ask for help.

The help I got wasn't to just going down the same path, but instead an obvious outside perspective that the whole damn path was just not the best one 🤣🤦‍♂️

Surrounding yourself with people that are smart but also think differently than you is so powerful... I often times forget this.
